Trial Flights & Club Membership

Club membership is open to all, fees contain an element for capitation fees to Gliding New Zealand, and the cost of "Gliding Kiwi", a bi-monthly magazine produced by Gliding New Zealand.  As we are a small organisation, members are requested to assist with airfield chores ie Driving the winch (full training given), and retrieve vehicle.

TRIAL FLIGHTS                    
ASK13 or Janus    $50.00 Circuit and land.
Grob 109               $100.00 - 15 minute flight.
Flying membership:  The annual Fee is $430.00, which can be paid in quarterly instalments if desired.
Winch fees: are $12.00 per launch, aborted launches are free.
Glider time:
ASK13                 $45.00 per hour ($0.75 per minute.) [see below.]
Janus                   $45.00 per hour ($0.75 per minute)
Grob 109B            $95.00 per hour - Time under power.
Grob 109B            $45.00 per hour (engine off)
205 Libelle           By arrangement with owner.          
PIK20B                 By arrangement with owners.
