As an Internet user in New
Zealand, you have the right to request that a
commercial entity cease e-mailing you. If they do not, you should
contact abuse@igrin.co.nz or
0800 244 746, with the e-mail address (and/or domain name) of the
person/people that are e-mailing you. Please try and include proof
that you have taken reasonable steps to ask them to stop.
We will
record your complaint and aim to resolve each spam complaint within
2 business days.
You may be represented by an advocate or authorised representative
when making a complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the manner in which a complaint has
been handled, or are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint
you have made, this can be escalated with iGRIN's helpdesk, or you
can contact the Department of Internal Affairs and escalate the case
with them. iGRIN abides by the ISP Spam Code of Practice, which
can be found
here.
