IGRIN Accounts FAQ and Help

  • When is my account due?

    Customers are invoiced around the 1st of each month and payment is due the 8th of the same month.  Businesses and Schools please pay by the 20th of the same month.

    Please note Automatic Payment/Credit Card information below.
     

  • What are the billing dates?

    Our accounts are run on a calendar month. Billing is run on the first working day of each month.
     
  • How can I pay my account?

    Automatic Payments, Automatic Credit Card Payments, Credit Card - use our secure on-line site or call into our Office, 25 Bank Street (cnr. Bank & Water Street), Whangarei. For an Automatic Payment Form/Automatic Credit Card Payment Form please click here or contact

  • What happens if my account is overdue?

    If an account is overdue by one month there will be a late penalty fee as well as your account being suspended during that month. Please email
    accounts@igrin.co.nz for any queries.
     
  • Can I make automatic payments?

    You will receive an invoice on the day of billing. Please check the amount is 1 month owing only and your Automatic Payment will be credited to your account during the month when received through our banking. Please email
    accounts@igrin.co.nz for any queries.
     
  • Can I pay by credit card?

    You will receive an invoice on the day of billing. Please check the amount owing on your invoice. Your Credit Card Payment will be credited to your account during the 1st few working days of the month. Please email
    accounts@igrin.co.nz for any queries.
     
  • Account Cancellations?

    Account cancellations are required in writing to either: PO Box 5002, Whangarei or fax 09 430 3775 on or before the 15th of the current month. This will ensure your account is cancelled at the end of the month. Any cancellations that are received after the 15th will take effect the following month.
     
  • Can we receive a discount for pre-paying?

    Yes, your account must be current, our discounts are as follows:
     
    Lite-Rate 20 Hour Dial-up Account
    Monthly - $12.50 per month
    Prepay 6 months in advance - $75.00 reduced to $67.50 (10% discount)
    Prepay 12 months in advance - $150.00 reduced to $135.00 (10% discount)

    100 Hour Dial-up Account
    Monthly - $15.95 per month
    Prepay 6 months in advance - $95.70 reduced to $86.13 (10% discount)
     
    Flat-Rate 300 Dial-up Account
    Monthly - $27.00 per month
    Prepay 12 months in advance - $324.00 reduced to $240.00 (25% discount)

    Hosting plans
    Pay 12 months in advance and receive a 10% discount.
